Technology and solutions integrator Concept Plus has named Milad Bahrami president to oversee operations, delivery and execution across the company, with a focus on expanding its work in defense, health and federal civilian markets.

His role includes leading large-scale Oracle modernization efforts, cloud initiatives and advanced data and AI programs supporting mission readiness, health care delivery, logistics and enterprise operations.

“Milad is exactly the leader we need as Concept Plus enters its next phase of growth,” said Ahmad Abuzaakouk, founder and CEO of Concept Plus. “He brings the operational discipline, strategic depth, and federal mission experience required to scale the business while preserving the culture and client trust we’ve built. I’m excited to partner with him as we continue expanding our impact across defense, health, and civilian agencies.”

Earlier in his career, Bahrami held senior leadership roles at Leidos, serving as senior vice president and business area leader for health solutions, overseeing mission-critical programs for federal customers including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Defense Health Agency and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Before that, he served as vice president for the Health and Human Services business at General Dynamics Information Technology, leading programs for the Food and Drug Administration, the Justice Department and the National Institutes of Health. He also held roles at SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton and Lockheed Martin.

“Concept Plus has built an outstanding reputation for delivering mission-critical solutions with integrity, innovation, and technical excellence,” Bahrami said. “I am honored to step into this role and work alongside Ahmad and the leadership team to scale the business, strengthen operational execution, and continue delivering meaningful impact for our customers.”
