Laura Giangiuli
Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, CALIBRE
Over the past year, Laura Giangiuli and her team aligned CALIBRE’s human capital initiatives with the company’s broader goals of innovation, renewal and growth. A major milestone was the launch of stay interviews to complement the existing 90-day employee survey, annual engagement survey and exit survey. By adding multiple touchpoints for employee feedback, the team is gaining a clearer view of employee sentiment across the lifecycle. This data-driven approach enables proactive decisions that improve the employee experience, reduce attrition and foster a more engaged, productive workforce — driving stronger business outcomes.
“CALIBRE and all of our employee-owners benefit from all the hard work and people engagement programs generated by our CHRO,” said Richard Pineda, CALIBRE president and CEO. “Laura’s sterling leadership, passion, and approach surrounding key human resource initiatives are instrumental to CALIBRE’s growth trajectory. After all, our success only follows as our employees succeed, growth, and thrive.”

The courses align with the company’s Technology Roadmap and are designed to spark innovation and harness emerging technologies to expand capabilities and expertise. The goal: to merge learning and technology in ways that drive both personal growth and organizational success.
“CALIBRE recognizes that our greatest asset is our people, and upgrading their expertise is critical for our future success,” Giangiuli said.
