NTT DATA has partnered with Google Cloud to accelerate artificial intelligence-powered cloud innovations for enterprises in multiple industries.
The partnership combines NTT DATA’s expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud-native modernization and data engineering with Google Cloud’s analytics, AI and cloud technologies to deliver scalable, tailored solutions. The companies will co-develop industry-specific offerings, backed by joint go-to-market investments to drive adoption in key markets.

NTT DATA will use Google Cloud technology to build industry-specific AI and cloud solutions for sectors including banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, life sciences and the public sector.

In financial services, the partnership will support regulatory compliance and reporting through NTT DATA’s Regla platform, which runs on Google Cloud’s scalable AI infrastructure. In hospitality, the Virtual Travel Concierge uses Google’s Gemini models to provide 24/7 multilingual support, real-time itinerary planning and personalized travel recommendations, handling more than 3 million monthly conversations.
