    Xerox Names Louie Pastor President, COO as Bruno Departs

    Xerox Holdings Corp. President and Chief Operating Officer John Bruno will leave Aug. 31 to become CEO of another company.

    Bruno, who has served as president and COO since 2022 and joined the board in 2024, will remain a director and chair the new Integration Committee overseeing the Xerox-Lexmark merger.

    Louie Pastor will become president and COO on Sept. 1. He’s currently chief administrative officer and global head of operations, leading the Xerox Reinvention Office and the Global Business Services organization. In that role, he restructured global operatio

    “Leading Reinvention has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career, and I’m deeply proud of all we’ve accomplished,” Bruno said. “As I transition out of day-to-day operations, I have complete confidence in Louie’s leadership. I remain fully committed to the future of Xerox and look forward to supporting the leadership team and Board as we enter this exciting next phase of growth and transformation.”

    As part of the leadership changes, Jacques-Edouard Gueden will become chief revenue officer on Sept. 1, overseeing the company’s direct and indirect print go-to-market units. Gueden, a 30-year Xerox veteran, is now chief channel and partner officer, leading the indirect print go-to-market unit.
