Candice E. Frost’s biggest recent accomplishment was helping the Army ensure that small businesses providing products and services receive exceptional cybersecurity coverage and support from leading security experts at Nightwing. She also achieved success with the Air Force by supporting offensive cyber operations and ensuring personnel have the tradecraft needed to conduct their missions.
Nightwing focuses on using technology and expertise to support those with a mission. It strives to reduce the cognitive burden on those who serve, offering exceptional security support and earning trust to accomplish the task — without wasting time or money — every time the team joins a mission.

In 2025, the Nightwing team is focused on supporting the nation and the work the Defense Department conducts around the world. The team is heavily invested in providing exceptional support to service members conducting missions on land, sea, air, space and especially cyberspace.

Fun Fact: Frost comes from a family of five generations of teachers and enjoys adjunct teaching at Georgetown University. “Building the next generation of public policy leaders who understand that cybersecurity is national security brings me great joy,” she said.
