    Tony Encinias to Lead Peraton’s Citizen Security and Public Services Sector

    Peraton has named Tony Encinias to its Citizen Security and Public Services sector, where he will lead the technological strategy for the state and local government services business unit.

    “We are excited to have Tony Encinias on our team,” said Amy Rall, president of the CSPS Sector at Peraton. “His deep expertise in technology and innovation will be instrumental in advancing our mission to deliver forward-thinking solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness for our customers.”

    Encinias will focus on keeping the company’s state and local government services aligned with new technological advancements and innovation.

    He brings over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, IT management, information security and enterprise technology. His other employers include Dell Technologies, ViON Corp. and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

    Encinias has a master’s degree in IT management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He holds multiple executive certifications, including a federal CIO certification from Carnegie Mellon University, and serves on Drexel University’s management information systems advisory board.
