ManTech has named Joseph Zuliani as vice president of the company’s new Mission Readiness & Enablement practice; and Kelly Miller as vice president of program operations for the company’s defense sector.
“Joe is the perfect combination of mission expertise with high-tech know-how,” said Joseph Cubba, ManTech executive vice president and chief growth officer. “He has spent over three decades rapidly deploying cutting-edge technology capabilities within the DoD, Intelligence and Special Operations Forces (SOF) communities.”
Zuliani will lead the newly established practice to accelerate client missions with advanced analytical methods and cutting-edge technologies, powered by company experts in artificial intelligence, cognitive cyber, intelligent engineering and digital transformation.
Zuliani joins ManTech from Accenture Federal Services, where he was a managing director and technical account leader. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Novetta’s SOF Division.
“Kelly Miller has proven performance in Program Operations and Performance oversight that deliver outstanding mission results for our clients,” said David Hathaway, general manager and president of ManTech’s defense Sector. “She supports all our DoD clients and is available round-the-clock to continuously improve advanced technology solutions specifically honed to meet each mission’s requirements.”
In conjunction with her new role, Miller will continue to oversee the company’s Defense Information Systems Agency Portfolio, responsible for ManTech’s current work with that agency and growing the business with DISA and other “Fourth Estate” agencies not part of DOD military branches.
A 7-year veteran of ManTech, Miller first ran large enterprise IT programs for the company’s intelligence community clients, then became executive director of ManTech’s DISA Portfolio, which grew to include other DOD agencies.
