Guidehouse has appointed Shannon White as Defense & Security segment leader, effective Jan. 1, succeeding John Saad, who becomes president.
Chris Clarke will step into White’s former role as Homeland Security & Law Enforcement practice leader.
Guidehouse has also merged the Defense & Intelligence and Diplomacy & Development practices into a new Defense, Diplomacy & Intel practice, led by Bryan Miller.

White brings extensive expertise in national security and a proven record of driving innovation and impactful results. She played a key role in Guidehouse’s growth and influence across its diverse portfolio.
As Defense & Security segment leader, White will focus on delivering mission-critical solutions to address national defense and security challenges, according to the company.
Chris Clarke, a partner at Guidehouse, has over 20 years of experience tackling complex challenges, including risk management and financial transformation. He has worked with the departments of Homeland Security and Justice, as well as the intelligence community.
Miller is also a partner at the firm and has over 20 years of industry experience focused on delivering strategy, supply chain and transformation programs to the government.
