Melissa Rhodes’ recent major accomplishments include leading the HR carveout for Nightwing’s divestiture from RTX, ensuring uninterrupted HR services across 38 locations, and laying the foundation for Nightwing’s future HR enterprise. Alongside this, she improved employee retention by approximately 30% year-over-year, significantly outperforming industry turnover benchmarks.
