CACI International shareholders have elected Charles L. Szews to the board of directors as an independent director on the board.

From 2012 to 2015, Szews was CEO of Oshkosh Corp., after serving in various roles of increasing responsibilities since joining in 1996. He also served in a series of executive positions with Fort Howard Corp. for eight years and was an auditor with Ernst & Young. He currently serves as a director for Commercial Metals Company, a producer of products for the construction industry, and Group 1 Automotive, Inc., an automobile retailer.
