CACI International shareholders elected Charles L. Szews to the board of directors as an independent director.

From 2012 to 2015, Szews was CEO of Oshkosh Corp., after serving in roles of increasing responsibility since joining in 1996. He also held a series of executive positions with Fort Howard Corp. for eight years and was an auditor with Ernst & Young.
He currently is a director for Commercial Metals Company, a producer of products for the construction industry, and Group 1 Automotive, Inc., an automobile retailer.
