Summit Technology Group, an Enlightenment Capital portfolio company, announced Bill Webner as CEO of its public sector business.

Webner has decades of experience building and growing public sector management and technology consulting businesses. He was most recently board chair, CEO and president of Capgemini Government Solutions.
Before that, Webner was an executive at Booz Allen Hamilton, helping lead the firm’s business in the federal finance, health and transportation sectors. He was named a finalist for the WashingtonExec Chief Officer Awards and serves on the board of directors of the Professional Services Council.
