    Stephen Frost,  Noblis

Stephen Frost has rejoined Noblis as chief data engineer, to lead data strategy and scalable infrastructure to drive strategic objectives, technological advancements and research initiatives.

In this role, he’ll also serve as a senior technical advisor to help scale distributed and open data architectures for our customers’ missions, the company said.

“With the rapid evolution of advanced technologies and tools such as artificial intelligence and extended reality, a strong, data-forward strategy is more important than ever,” said Mile Corrigan, Noblis president and CEO.

“Stephen brings an exceptional technical background with demonstrated achievements pioneering data-driven solutions that bolster efficiency, innovation, scalability and compliance in the complex, regulatory environment we serve. I’m excited to welcome him back to Noblis in this capacity.”

Frost has 30 years of technical experience with a focus on database design, management, performance analysis and administration. He is known as a major contributor and subject matter expert for the PostgreSQL project, an open-source relational database management system.

He rejoins Noblis from Crunchy Data, a database-as-a-service company and PostgreSQL support provider, where he was the chief technical officer. Frost spent 15 years at Noblis from 1997-2012, where he helped build the company’s Innovation and Collaboration Center and data center for high powered computing.
