    Jennifer Moore, GE Aerospace

    Jennifer Moore

    Chief Security Officer, GE Aerospace

Jennifer Moore played a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, secure and smooth transition as General Electric separated to become three independent companies: GE HealthCare, GE Vernova and GE Aerospace. Her work has focused on developing the global security strategy and a strong network of security experts at GE Aerospace.

    Why Watch

With nearly 30 years of service with the FBI, Moore brought a depth and breadth of experience to GE Aerospace. As a seasoned leader and industry expert, Moore is enthusiastic about the work that lies ahead as GE Aerospace navigates its inaugural year as an independent public company.

Moore and her leadership team are dedicated to developing and enhancing the company’s world-class security program. Her team is also focused on implementing FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model, and continuing to foster the strong safety-first culture within the business.

“I have witnessed first-hand Jennifer Moore’s exceptional leadership,” said Doug Beidler, GE Aerospace Insider Threat & Risk leader. “Moore is one of those rare executives who combines remarkable vision with focused execution and leads with charisma, humility and compassion. In her tenure as CSO, Moore has used her expertise to successfully prepare our global security team and our business for this new era as a standalone company.”

Moore’s philosophy is straightforward and relatable:

“I believe a strong security organization in many ways resembles the practicality and functionality of a Swiss Army knife,” she said. “It’s a combination of different but complementary and cross-functional parts unified by a common purpose.”

At GE Aerospace, the work Moore and her team do each day allows employees to deliver on the company’s purpose: to invent the future of flight, lift people up and bring them home safely.

Fun fact: Outside of her work in security, Moore has a passion for fostering animals. She regularly partners with the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation based in Falls Church, Virginia. She believes in the importance of giving back and that each of us can create a positive impact in the lives of others and our communities.
