CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has promoted Kristen McLeod to executive vice president and chief financial officer.

In this role, McLeod will serve as a corporate officer of the company and expand her contributions as a senior leader and fiscal strategist, the company said.

“We are thrilled to have Kristen serve CALIBRE in this critical role,” said CALIBRE President and CEO Richard Pineda. “This promotion recognizes Kristen’s past success leading the Finance & Accounting organization and the importance of her role in CALIBRE’s strategic financial planning.”

McLeod joined CALIBRE in August 2021 as vice president of finance and accounting and controller. CALIBRE said since joining, she has “instituted new quality standards for customer service, transaction timeliness and accuracy, and fiscal strategic planning.”

As a member of CALIBRE’s corporate leadership team, McLeod provides insight into corporate strategy, budget execution and the integration of business systems in enterprise resource planning.

“I am grateful for this opportunity to expand my leadership role at CALIBRE,” she said. “As we continue to execute our growth strategy, I will remain focused and committed to maintaining the financial health of the company. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the mission and success of CALIBRE.”
