    Why Watch

In 2024, Eqlipse is heavily focused on investing in advancing R&D capabilities into applications that can be deployed quickly to the warfighter. By aligning its mission-focused services with an industry-leading investment in R&D, the company can evolve and transform how its customers accomplish their most complex national security mission.

“When building a team, you start with character then evaluate skills,” Selbe said. “If you get the character right, the rest works itself out.”

Fun Fact: Selbe performed in the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1996 summer Olympics in Atlanta.
