iNovex, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has promoted Matthew Ford to president and chief operating officer.
Ford has led iNovex operations since joining the company in 2018. He brings over 15 years of experience with the intelligence community. As president and COO, he will oversee iNovex’s delivery, operational execution and total team alignment.
Ford previously served in roles at ManTech and CACI in their Intelligence Mission and Services divisions.
iNovex has had significant growth the past 24 months, closing three strategic acquisitions and winning several major prime contracts.
