    Navigating the complexities of the substantial merger and integration of Grove Resource Solutions after DLH Holdings Corp. acquired the company in December 2022 was a rewarding highlight of Maliek Ferebee’s year.

    GRSi specializes in digital transformation and cybersecurity.

    “I had the privilege of spearheading the Integration Management Office, tasked with facilitating the assimilation of GRSi into the fabric of DLH, and I take pride in the fact that our functional units — including human capital — were able to execute our strategy and ensure that our business groups received the necessary resources to sustain their growth momentum,” Ferebee said.
