    Heather Williams

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Noblis

Heather Williams leads the strategy and team for the company’s marketing and communications initiatives. She employs a holistic and integrated approach to help drive the company’s near- and long-term goals, build a common culture, engage stakeholders and influence positive brand recognition.

Most recently, Williams and her team partnered with the company’s talent acquisition team to launch a unique brand ambassador campaign referred to as #IgniteTheSpark. Inspired by the iconic spark in the company’s logo, the campaign empowers employees to share what drives ⏤ or “sparks”⏤ them to continuously innovate and further Noblis’ mission to enhance lives and protect the nation.

“The campaign includes the full gamut of communication channels and is built on gamification,” Williams said. “I’m proud of our team for developing such a creative, fun and engaging campaign that strategically aligns to our goals and mission. It’s been very well received to date and has encouraged our employees to share their amazing work both internally and externally.”

    Why Watch

Williams keeps guiding her team to inventively share Noblis’ journey, particularly as the company plans to up its influential work and strengthen its reputation as a top science and technology firm. Her team is readying the second phase of its successful #IgniteTheSpark campaign, which features a digital “Spark” site to highlight the company’s cutting-edge skills, innovations and subject matter experts.
