    Jennifer Brooks

    Vice President of Communications, CAES

Jennifer Brooks’ biggest recent achievement was integrating three new CAES sites into the company’s brand and culture. CAES recently acquired the Specialist RF business from Ultra, adding new talent and capabilities across three facilities in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Woburn, Massachusetts; and Whippany, New Jersey.

“It was important to me that our newest CAES employees felt part of our team from day one, so we coordinated welcome events at each of the sites, bringing CAES leadership (and some fun CAES swag) to the new sites to answer questions, share more about the transition and give our new employees a feel for life at CAES,” Brooks said.

    Why Watch

In 2023, Brooks and her team are working hard to boost the CAES brand. They aim to increase their visibility and share unique stories on social media that showcase CAES’s innovative work. They are also improving their internal communication, using quarterly newsletters and digital displays at all CAES locations to reach all employees, even those who don’t work at a computer.

“Jennifer always has a positive attitude and comes up with creative ways to deal with our communications challenges,” said Dave Young, CAES chief technology officer. “Jennifer has built a superb team from scratch and has elevated the CAES brand to levels that we had only hoped when she joined us two years ago. Her wealth of knowledge on traditional communication topics as well as government relations has been invaluable to the CAES leadership team.”
