CSA Folds in Capstone Brand, Debuts New Look

Client Solution Architects has folded in its July 2021 acquisition of Capstone LLC under CSA Global, doing business as CSA.

For the past 20 months, CSA and Capstone have operated under a hybrid organization where CSA had oversight on all Capstone assets, employees and operations, but continued contractual operations like employment and task orders under the Capstone brand.

CSA also has refreshed its brand with a new color palette, website, mission, vision and core values.

“These past two years have been about building growth momentum and restructuring for efficiency for CSA,” said CSA CEO Amy Bleken.

“Change is challenging for employees, and to ensure successful integration, we closely tracked and managed our employee sentiment each step of the way. As a result, we retained 98 percent of our employees and experienced no disruption to the quality of service we provide for our clients,” she added. “Today, we can say confidently say that we have a more efficient and streamlined organization with highly engaged employees.”

As early as August 2021, CSA and Capstone began aligning business objectives and strategy. In 2022, CSA began making organizational shifts and strategic hires to prepare the firm for a strengthened presence across all U.S. federal enterprise IT and mission support service areas.

“Growth in today’s federal market relies on smart, accretive mergers and acquisitions, and whoever can do it better will come out on top,” said Fog Hahn, CSA’s chief growth officer.

“With CSA and Capstone integrated, we now provide robust training and simulation, enterprise IT and mission-centric portfolios in areas like IT modernization, DevOps, cybersecurity, data management, automation and process improvement. In the coming months you will see these capabilities expand as our client needs evolve and we tap into adjacent markets,” Hahn said.
