WashingtonExec has awarded ICF Executive Vice President of Public Sector Mark Lee with the Longevity Award, which recognizes executives who have made outstanding contributions to their companies throughout the years.
Lee has been with ICF for 25 years. In 1997, after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lee knew he was passionate about public health ⏤ and he got a career focused on just that at ICF.
Throughout the years, as the company grew and evolved, so did Lee. He stayed open to trying new things and being unafraid of failure. ICF has given him various opportunities to develop his problem-solving, critical thinking and leadership skills.
Lee is someone who truly cares about making a positive impact on the world through ICF’s work and actions, said John Wasson, ICF chair and CEO.
And as Lee continues to help government clients modernize and transform, he’s helping ICF build its capabilities, bringing forth new solutions and deepening the organization’s impact on the world.
In a time when job hopping happens more than ever and phrases like “quiet quitting” have become popular, the Longevity Award honors an executive’s long-standing commitments to one company. This award recognizes their contributions to organizational growth, culture, mentorship, and knowledge sharing; plus, the journey of evolving and growing with an organization’s success.
WashingtonExec is honored to present this award to Lee to celebrate his decades of career excellence.
Congratulations, Mark!
