LMI has promoted Joe Niehaus to senior vice president of the logistics service line and named Zaki Saleh  senior vice president of the health and civilian market.

“I am very pleased to have both Joe and Zaki officially join LMI’s senior leadership team,” said Pete Pflugrath, LMI executive vice president of markets and growth. “They each bring extensive large business experience essential for LMI to grow at scale.”

“With Declaration Partners’, Capitol Meridian Partners’, and 22C Capital’s recent investment in LMI, these distinguished and seasoned leaders will help further accelerate our growth in this dynamic market,” he added.

Niehaus has more than 23 years of experience in logistics consulting. Since joining LMI in 2021, he has led the supply chain management subservice line, leveraging his leadership skills to manage people and deliver solutions across the federal market.

Prior to LMI, Niehaus was SAIC’s vice president of solution development for logistics and sustainment.

Saleh brings over 20 years of experience developing executable strategies, achieving profitable growth and inspiring cultural change for leading federal and defense IT companies.

He joins LMI from Peraton, where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of its global health business unit.

“At LMI, it is our number one priority to ensure that we are innovating for our customers at the pace of need,” said Josh Wilson, executive vice president of service lines and technology. “Both Joe and Zaki are key to this mindset and bring a deep understanding of our customers’ missions and the experience to leverage LMI resources to dramatically reduce the time to value.”
