Enterprise IT and mission-centric training company Client Solution Architects LLC has added two new names to its executive leadership team: Tim Spadafore as chief operating officer and Ronald “Fog” Hahn as chief growth officer.
Spadafore will oversee the firm’s operating divisions and business IT services and support team, and Hahn will lead growth strategy, business development, marketing and branding, government relations, technology development and competitive intelligence. Hahn will also lead the governmentwide acquisitions/indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity center of excellence.
CAS said both were chosen to further position the organization for its next phase of growth and innovation based on their experience in executing strategic growth efforts focused on the Defense Department and civilian agencies.
Spadafore has over 26 years in federal contracting space. He participated in and led four mergers within the past 10 years, including the recent acquisition of Array into CGI Federal. Before CSA, he was the senior vice president for CGI Federal’s defense, intelligence and space business unit. Prior to that, he served as the president and COO of TeraThink, which CGI acquired in 2020.
Hahn’s most recent role was executive vice president and CGO of Amentum. Prior to his industry experience, he was a government civilian and director of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center. He also served 20 years in the Marine Corps, retiring as a lieutenant colonel.
“Spadafore and Hahn are exceptionally qualified leaders,” said Amy Bleken, CSA CEO. “Having them onboard CSA’s executive team signals our next step in growth and expansion as we continue to increase our value and offerings to customers and stakeholders.”
Spadafore and Hahn were both included on WashingtonExec’s Top 25 DOD Executives to Watch in 2021. Hahn was also on WashingtonExec’s Givers of GovCon podcast earlier this year talking about supporting military families with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
