    Stacy Schwartz, AT&T

    Stacy Schwartz

Vice President, FirstNet, AT&T Public Sector and FirstNet

One of Stacy Schwartz’s biggest recent achievements was leading efforts to help the nation’s public safety community transform its communications capabilities by bringing them on to FirstNet.

There are now over 3 million connections on FirstNet and more than 19,500 public safety agencies and organizations subscribed, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Justice Department, the FBI and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Schwartz’s team also captured the opportunity to modernize DHS, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the U.S. Coast Guard and Immigration and Customs Enforcement via awards granted under the General Services Administration’s Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract.

On the personal side, Schwartz was honored to be elected to the board of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

“Stacy wakes up every day focused on helping our government and education customers modernize and transform their communications so they can effectively deliver their missions and help improve the lives of all Americans,” said Jason Porter, president of AT&T public sector and FirstNet.

    Why Watch

In 2022, Schwartz and her team are heavily focused on enabling the missions of government agencies that serve and protect citizens’ freedoms at home and abroad every day. Their emphasis is on helping them to modernize and transform their networking capabilities and improve public safety communications by using FirstNet.

They’re also helping more agencies migrate to next-generation 911 services and delivering a variety of advanced capabilities to federal agencies such as 5G, FirstNet, Ethernet and Software-Defined Wide Area Network services.

Also, Schwartz has recently taken on the responsibility to lead a large AT&T team in helping grow its education market business among K-12 customers. They’ve doubled down on the education market across AT&T.
