IQ Solutions has appointed Erik Buice as president. He previously served in senior executive positions in large and small companies in the federal health and IT arenas.

He also brings proven relationships that can be leveraged to expand in new priority growth areas.”
Buice has 27 years’ experience in federal health and civil contracting. He was named a WashingtonExec Top 10 Health Care Leader to Watch in 2018 and a Top 30 Public Sector Leader to Watch in 2020.
He served most recently as a division general manager with Northrop Grumman, leading a $2.1 billion organization with over 600 programs. His prior work includes executive roles with AMS (now CGI Federal), Patriot Technologies, ICF International and Vangent (now General Dynamics).
Buice has worked as an engineer/program manager focusing on humanitarian landmine clearance, designing and deploying several innovative mine clearance tools to developing nations around the globe. He also has done work with Sandia National Labs and the American Red Cross.
