Kevin Kelly
Chairman & CEO, Arcfield
Kevin Kelly brings decades of experience and a record of success to one of the newest names in government services – Arcfield, a company that provides mission support and advanced solutions in digital transformation, systems engineering and C5ISR to government customers across the intelligence community and defense, space and civilian agencies.
“I chose to take on a leadership role with Arcfield because I understand the important role we play in ensuring the success of the critical missions we support,” Kelly said. “With our plan to innovate ahead of the mission need, I believe we can deliver industry-leading technology that will play a vital role in preserving and promoting democracy worldwide.”
Prior to joining Arcfield, Kelly was CEO of LGS Innovations, a privately held independent technology company acquired by CACI International in March 2019. Kelly oversaw the company’s integration into CACI through the creation of a new high-tech sector called the National Security and Innovation Solutions Sector, where Kelly served as president and oversaw operations of a $2 billion business consisting of the technology and products portions of several key acquisitions: LGS Innovations; SIX3 Systems; TICOM Geomatics; and L3 NSS.
Arcfield Chief Operating Officer Robert Gallegos said he has witnessed Kelly’s success first-hand over 14 years working with him.
“His strength is in building and leading teams comprised of top talent who are uniquely capable of creating exceptional solutions for important missions,” Gallegos said. “I look forward to partnering with him again at Arcfield and putting our proven-track record to the test once more.”
Why Watch
In 2022, Kelly and his leadership team plan to launch the Arcfield innovation program that focuses on inventing and delivering next-generation technical solutions aimed at enabling the future space architecture while leveraging commercial, military and intelligence assets. The company is reviewing abstracts and plans to invest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, resilient space architecture models, distributed computing, data science and advanced sensor technologies.
“While we certainly cannot be all things to all missions, we plan on being the best at providing critical solutions that will play a material role in addressing the growing threats presented by our near-peer adversaries,” he said.
