Jennifer Welham, senior vice president of public health and social programs at ICF, has won WashingtonExec’s 2021 Pinnacle Award for Healthcare Industry Executive of the Year (Public Company).
WashingtonExec on Dec. 8 virtually unveiled the winners of the Pinnacle Awards, an annual program that embodies the WashingtonExec spirit of highlighting successful executives and businesses saving money and fostering innovation for federal clients across the region.
Welham noted her team’s key achievements of 2020/2021 were reaching new levels of ingenuity in how they worked with clients to address both health and its social determinants, and booking record sales and revenue doing it. Plus, her team provided critical support to clients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Going forward, Welham remains invested in mentorship as she recently joined the College of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business Management Consulting Advisory Board, where she’ll mentor students interested in a career in consulting.
