Vishal Tulsian has harnessed SAIC’s experience as a multisource service integrator to empower customers for better decision-making, stronger controls and greater accountability — while connecting services, data and people more effectively than ever.
For example, his team helps the Food and Drug Administration connect scientists with data by delivering mission solutions that solve critical scientific computing business needs like streamlining the GovCloud provisioning process for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.
His team’s efforts have contributed to programs recognized as FedHealth IT Innovation Award winners: the Veterans Signals Project collects and analyzes customer feedback on their health care experiences and identifies at-risk veterans so the Department of Veterans Affairs can continuously enhance its services and programs and provide real-time intervention when needed. And VA’s Enterprise Services Integration Platform provides master data management and API integration support across the department to connect veterans to their data.
