Technology consulting and business process management provider MindPetal has secured a new contract to continue support for IT systems for the Labor Department’s Office of Disability Employment Policy, or ODEP.
“We are honored to continue our support of ODEP and its mission to increase the number and quality of employment opportunities for people with disabilities by modernizing and managing ODEP’s critical IT systems,” said Bill Wilkey, senior director for MindPetal’s DOL programs.
Under the ODEP IT systems support contract, MindPetal will continue to support the Workforce Recruitment Program, or WRP, a recruitment and referral program jointly administered by ODEP and the Department of Defense Diversity Management Operations Center.
WRP was recognized by the Office of Personnel Management as a model strategy in its guidance to federal agencies regarding the recruitment and hiring of people with disabilities. In addition to WRP support, MindPetal manages ODEP’s Campaign for Disability Employment website.
MindPetal has supported ODEP IT systems since 2018.
