Management consulting, IT and business services company Evoke Consulting has tapped Michael Dallara to serve as chief operating officer to lead the firm’s service delivery and business operations.

Dallara has 25 years’ experience supporting the federal government, having held senior leadership roles at publicly traded defense contractors and privately held technology service providers.

“Evoke will greatly benefit from Mike’s proven success as an executive leader across a broad spectrum of our industry,” said Managing Partner Jim Loreto. “His wealth of expertise will contribute to Evoke’s growth and help transition Evoke into the mid-tier.”

Dallara served most recently as executive vice president at Cyber Defense Technologies. He has also served as Sevatec COO, Engility’s Federal Civilian senior vice president and general manager, and has held leadership positions within L-3 Communications and Harris Corp.

“Mike’s robust experience leading operations and finance was a perfect fit for Evoke,” said Managing Partner Greg Blaisdell. “Tightly integrating all of the business operations under Mike’s analytical and process-driven approach will provide increased efficiency as we deliver on our customers’ missions.”
