Digital technology services company 10Pearls has hired Joshua Konowe as vice president for the Digital Innovation Practice. He will lead and scale the 10Pearls digital innovation and new product development group, which has been experiencing high growth.
“Joshua is joining the team during an exciting period of continued expansion,” said CEO and Co-Founder Imran Aftab. “His track record of building high-performance digital products at scale is going to be a major asset to our company.”
Konowe will help to future-proof the already successful Lean Product Accelerator, or LPA, program, a hyperaccelerated method for businesses that need quick design, validation and prototypes.
“It’s amazing to see how many great products 10Pearls has developed for an impressive portfolio of clients. In an industry lacking differentiation, the quality and creativity of their work stands apart,” Konowe said.
Konowe has led both national and international businesses including GoCanvas, Silent Circle, eAgent and Uppidy. He currently mentors at his alma mater, The University of Kentucky, and serves as an adviser to the Children’s Science Center of Northern Virginia.
