Former LMI chief executive and 30-year government technology veteran Dave Zolet has joined public sector and public administration software company CentralSquare Technologies as CEO.
Prior to his tenure at LMI, whose revenue grew 50% under his leadership, Zolet led the national public sector business unit for DXC Technology and served as vice president of systems integration at IBM. He also spent over 20 years at Northrop Grumman Corp. in various leadership roles and helped launch public safety systems in California and Ohio.
Zolet currently serves on the board of the Commerce Department’s First Responder Network Authority, which serves to establish an interoperable public safety broadband network.
Now, Zolet said he’s thrilled to be leading CentralSquare at an increased time for opportunity for public sector technology.
“Underpinning CentralSquare’s commitment to transforming the public experience is the company’s relentless focus on helping our public sector partners achieve their mission in service to their communities,” he said. “I look forward to further building and strengthening the company’s momentum in helping our clients deliver on their commitment to citizens.”
And Interim CentralSquare CEO Jeff Scherer said he’s delighted to have Zolet take the helm, considering Zolet’s experience and visionary leadership.
“I’m confident that his expertise in cultivating outstanding outcomes for government clients will empower CentralSquare to continue delivering proven products that serve mission-critical needs across the U.S. and Canada,” Scherer added.
Zolet joins an executive leadership team composed of Chief Financial Officer Todd Dooley, Chief Customer Officer David Gai, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer Jatin Atre, Chief Technology Officer John Pulling, Chief Human Resources Officer Todd Shaw, and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Barry Medintz.
