Whitney, Bradley & Brown, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, announced it has acquired Decisive Analytics Corp.

For more than 20 years, Arlington, Virginia-based DAC has provided advanced engineering and analytical support to the Defense Department and the U.S. intelligence community. It supports mission-critical programs with domain expertise in critical capabilities including systems engineering, lifecycle logistics, cybersecurity, data analytics and machine learning.

“We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of Decisive Analytics,” said Robert Olsen, WBB CEO. “DAC is a leading provider of mission critical services with a sterling reputation that has been cultivated through 20 years of prior performance serving the United States government.”

The acquisition “allows domain expertise within critical capabilities including program management, systems engineering, vehicle integration and prototyping, cybersecurity, data analytics and development,” he said.

“We share Robert’s enthusiasm for the transaction,” DAC CEO John Donnellon said. “As an employee-owned business, it was important to partner with a business with similar corporate values and missions. WBB presented a unique opportunity for our employee shareholders to grow within the combined platform while continuing to serve our clients. We look forward to the opportunities ahead.”
