CACI International has been awarded a task order of up to $385 million to support the Navy’s human resources modernization campaign.

The agreement is for four years and eight months of support for MyNavy Human Resources Transformation, which is used for manpower, personnel, training and education. CACI will consolidate more than 200 applications supported by 50 disparate Navy HR systems to create an interoperable, cloud-based system used by sailors, reservists and their families. The program will transform how the Navy recruits, trains and manages its sailors, officials said.

The assignment is new work for the company,

CACI is also working in the HR space for the Navy through its business process reengineering and Navy data management support work. CACI will use its Model Driven Design and Implementation methodology and Defense Acquisition University-recognized Agile Solution Factory to improve the Navy’s HR systems.

“CACI will support the Navy by leveraging our proven and successful expertise in modernizing enterprise human resources systems for our Armed Forces,” said CACI President and CEO John Mengucci. “We remain committed to delivering innovative enterprise solutions to provide the Navy with improved and reliable systems.”
