APTIM has appointed former Janus Global Operations President and Chief Operations Officer Alan Weakley as president of its Government Services business.
Weakley’s more than 30 years of industry experiences ranges from engineering management and operational roles to consulting and executive positions. Prior to Janus Global Operations, he spent time at CSC as president of the defense group and of the applied technology group. He also served as vice president and general manager of the engineering and technology services group with URS Federal Sector.
Weakley began his professional career with the U.S. Navy in 1980 and served six years on nuclear-powered submarines. Now, he’s pleased to join APTIM during an exciting time for the company.
“I look forward to working closely with Mike Donnelly and the rest of the leadership team to build on APTIM’s recent momentum and help take the Company to the next level of growth,” Weakley said.
Donnelly is APTIM’s CEO, and he’s known Weakley for 20 years. He said he’s thrilled to have Weakley join APTIM’s senior leadership team.
“Alan will not only benefit our work in the government sector but also contribute to APTIM’s overall expansion by leveraging his extensive experience driving enterprise-wide growth,” Donnelly said.
