Risk management firm Constellis has announced a significant reorganization that will see new roles for several executives.
Paul Donahue has been named president of international operations. He will also continue, in a dual-hatted capacity, in his role as the company’s chief operating officer.
Dave Mathews will become president of national security operations.
Gerard Neville has been appointed president of North American operations. James Noe has been named president of global support and training operations.
Finally, Rick Tye has been appointed Constellis’ chief growth officer.
“Constellis’ organizational changes improve operational efficiency, optimize customer mission focus and accelerate growth,” said Constellis CEO Tim Reardon. “I want to congratulate Paul, Dave, Jerry, Jim and Rick on their much deserved appointments. Their new roles help streamline and drive company objectives.”
