Buchanan & Edwards has named Cal Shintani the company’s new chief growth officer.
In the new role, Shintani will be responsible for corporate business development and marketing and communications and will also work alongside the CEO and chief financial officer on strategies and management of future mergers and acquisitions.
Shintani is a veteran CGO with over 30 years of experience in the government technology industry

Shintani previously held the role of CGO of HighPoint Global and Oceus Networks and has worked in business development and profit and loss roles at companies including CACI, Gray Hawk Systems, Veridian and BTG.
Shintani earned a bachelor’s degree from the U.S.Naval Academy and has a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University.
