DLT Solutions has promoted chief operating officer and former executive vice president of sales and marketing Brian Strosser to president of the company.

Strosser was among the leaders who helped DLT execute its growth strategy since he became chief operating officer in 2015. As president, Strosser will report directly to CEO Art Richer while he works to grow sales in cybersecurity, big data analytics, cloud and other key sectors.

“During Brian’s nine-year career with DLT, he has leveraged his extensive knowledge of technology and the government market, as well as his deep vendor relationships and infectious energy to drive results for his customers,” said Richer. “Brian’s experience and leadership within our staff has been a key component of our growth and success, and this promotion is the first step to align our executive team as we develop and execute the strategic plan for DLT.”

Strosser has 18 years of experience in the public sector and has worked at GTSI, World Wide Technology, Sun Microsystems and NetApp. He was named to the FedScoop 50 in the Industry Leadership category in 2015 for his leadership in bringing industry and government together to create solutions.

“Since day one, my focus has been on developing a vendor portfolio and sales team that can help our customers take advantage of leading technologies to achieve their goals,” said Strosser. “I’m honored by the confidence that Art and our executive board has shown in me through this appointment, and (I) look forward to working with them and our entire team to extend the incredible growth we’ve experienced over the past decade.”

DLT partners with key technology companies, such as Amazon Web Services, Autodesk, Forescout, Google, Informatica, McAfee, Oracle, Quest Software, Red Hat, SolarWinds, Symantec and Veritas to provide products and services.
