INDUS Corporation has opened a new regional office in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina, the company announced today.

The 7,000 acre Morrisville park is the largest research park in the United States and sits between Duke University, North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“We are committed to the RTP area and are looking forward to many years of growth and contributing to this vibrant community,” said INDUS Chairman and CEO Shiv Krishnan.

INDUS recently teamed up with other companies housed at RTP such as SciMetrika, Integrated Laboratory Systems, and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NEIHS).

“By opening this office in RTP, INDUS is continuing our commitment of over a decade of excellent service to the NEIHS,” said INDUS Director of Health Informatics and Technology Richard McKay.

INDUS is a privately-held provider of Information Technology solutions to the federal government. The new office will help support the company’s growing staff in the RTP area, which has doubled in the past year.
