MicroPact announced last week that it had named Steve Gaitten Director of Digital Programs. He will be tasked to develop, launch and manage MicroPact’s online initiatives, including social media, marketing and digital communities engagement.

“Steve is a true digital evangelist with a proven track record of developing and launching strategic online programs,” said Bob Ragsdale, MicroPact VP of Marketing. “His expertise and demonstrated leadership will be an asset to the organization as we continue to experience tremendous growth.”

Gaitten has more than 15 years of experience in web marketing and product development, leveraging the web and digital technologies to help organizations drive revenue and deliver superior customer experiences.

Previously, Gaitten served as Director of Marketing and Online Operations for Bamboo Solutions, where he led their marketing and online operations, including advertising, public relations, event marketing, channel distribution, partnerships and social media. Prior to Bamboo, he served as Director of Product Management, Messaging and Social Media for AOL where he managed product strategy and development.

“MicroPact is an innovator in using technology to help organizations manage and refine their business processes. I’m thrilled to join the team and I look forward to leading creative programs to enhance and grow their online presence,” said Gaitten.
