IndiSoft, a technology development group focusing on systems for default services industry, announced on Tuesday that it is acquiring Microtek Systems, Inc., a Columbia, Md.-based company.
Microtek is a software development and outsourcing services company. The business has a wide variety of clients such as U.S. federal government agencies, research labs and insurance industries.
IndiSoft will add Microtek’s strong expertise and enhance its independent business consulting services.
