The government is modernizing, and the U.S. Postal Service is no exception. That’s why Salient CRGT, Inc. recently added to the Enterprise Transformation division of its Civilian Services Group. David Boyle joins the company as vice president leading solution design and technology innovation, and Craig Park as vice president leading growth and operations.

“The appointments of David and Craig are key roles to continuing to deliver transformative, mission-critical solutions for our customers,” said Tom Ferrando, president of Salient CRGT. “These individuals exemplify our culture and their decades of combined expertise will provide strategic growth and long-term success for our high-performing teams.”

Boyle come to Salient CRGT from General Dynamics Information Technologies, where he led teams focused on serving management and technology expertise to USPS for 17 years. That experience will no doubt inform his new role, where he’ll be responsible for identifying technology efficiencies and expanding technology innovations for USPS.

Park has led multimillion-dollar projects and programs for a variety of federal government clients, including the departments of Treasury, Health and Human Services and NASA and the Food and Drug Administration, among others. He will be tasked with managing day-to-day operations of a large team of software developers, maximizing efficiencies and implementing best practices of agile and devops methodologies. Park brings to the new role 25 years of experience, spanning management and technology consulting, business and contract management, project management and corporate portfolio expansion.

“We are excited to bring David and Craig on board as we continue to support the USPS’ overall mission,” said Mark Colturi, senior vice president, Civilian Services Group. “With our long-standing partnership, we look forward to continue to provide cost-effective solutions as they work toward their mission of fostering innovation.”
