    Mary Craft, SAIC

SAIC announced last week that Mary Craft will serve as Deputy Business Unit General Manager of the company’s Mission Support Business Unit, effective March 12.

The business unit capabilities will range from intelligence analysis, full spectrum analytical and mission support and human language, including translation, education and training support. The unit also includes a complete suite of geospatial intelligence and production services.

Craft will be led by General Manager Larry Hill.

“Mary’s broad spectrum of experience, beginning as an engineer, program manager and then a senior profit and loss manager, coupled with her expertise in the development and manufacturing business for multiple major defense contractors, make her the ideal candidate to help advance our business and grow our workforce across both commercial and federal sectors,” said Hill.

Craft is a 25 year veteran and has significant business leadership experience within the intelligence sector. She recently served as Senior Vice President, QinetiQ North America, supported DoD and Intelligence Community markets, and sold solutions to the commercial sector for their Intelligence Security and Defense Division.

Before that, Craft was vice-president of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GD AIS) and was program manager of Raytheon.
