The U.S. Air Force has named CSC a prime contractor on the Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV IDIQ contract. CSC is one of 11 firms to be awarded the contract in the Full and Open Competition Pool. The contract has a ten-month base period and four one-year options, bringing the estimated total contract ceiling value to $2.8 billion for all firms in the Full and Open Competition Pool.

Under the terms of the contract, CSC will compete task orders to provide non-personal technical support, systems engineering and operational management services to Air Force users including Air Combat Command, headquartered at Langley Air Force Base, Va., and Air Force District of Washington based in the National Capital Region.

“As a go-to partner for mission-critical programs, CSC brings unique management and technical capabilities from both the government and commercial realms,” said Alan B. Weakley, president of CSC’s North American Public Sector Defense Group. “These capabilities will help increase efficiencies and improve operations for the U.S. Air Force.”
