    Booz Allen Hamilton Awarded Task Order From CDC

    Booz Allen Hamilton announced it has been awarded a $43 million task order from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Management Information Systems Office for Information Management Support Services.

    Under the terms of the contract, Booz Allen will provide software development lifecycle support for CDC’s enterprise systems, including application design, development, testing, operation and maintenance data management and reporting, SharePoint collaboration support, enterprise systems Help Desk, information assurance, IT project management office support, IT consulting, and secure access management services.

    Booz Allen’s senior VP Susan Penfield said, “As a large scale provider of software development services, we are pleased to be able support CDC in new ways. This win is a testament to the firm’s use of the integrated service delivery model, as well as our ability to blend technology and integration skills to help drive efficiencies in information systems.”
