Enlightenment Capital portfolio company RealmOne has elevated Kathy Daumer to chief strategy officer, a role in which she will lead the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives and long-term planning efforts.

Daumer joined RealmOne in 2025 as vice president of growth. She has since played a critical role in key growth initiatives and expanding cross-functional collaboration. Her leadership directly strengthened organizational alignment to deliver better mission outcomes, the company said.
Prior to joining RealmOne, Daumer served as a mission-critical technical performer before transitioning to business development and strategy in 2014. She brings over 18 years of experience across large and small companies serving the intelligence community and has a strong track record of driving mission-focused growth and innovation.
