
DCS Corp. has acquired ARCTOS, LLC, combining two aerospace and defense engineering firms with decades of experience supporting science and technology programs.

ARCTOS Technology Solutions, based in Dayton, Ohio, provides engineering and technical services for the Defense Department, Federal Aviation Administration and commercial aerospace customers. The firm specializes in aerospace and space launch safety and risk analysis, advanced manufacturing technology and technology transition and workforce development.

The combined entity will focus on autonomous systems, advanced materials, space domain awareness and cyber resilience, with over 350 personnel consolidated near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, home to AFRL and the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.
