Client Solution Architects has won a $16 million contract from the U.S. Navy to deliver enterprise technical services for the Information Technology Program Services program supporting Bureau of Naval Personnel and Navy Personnel Command Force Management.

Under the 3-year contract, CSA will provide cybersecurity, software testing, digital and enterprise solutions, and configuration management support to help secure and sustain the Navy’s human resources mission.

Bureau of Naval Personnel and Navy Personnel Command Force Management, an Echelon II command and the Navy’s authoritative manager of military personnel records, supports workforce planning, career management and personnel decision-making for sailors across the fleet. CSA’s work will help provide secure, reliable access to one of the federal government’s largest personnel records environments, supporting mission readiness, data integrity and continuity of operations.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to build on our existing support to the Command and contribute to these critical mission sets,” said Greg Blue, CSA CEO. “This award expands our current footprint in delivering support and solutions for complex, mission-critical IT environments. Our team brings deep technical and domain expertise, operational discipline, and a strong focus on mission alignment and innovation to ensure the Navy’s systems remain secure, resilient, and available whenever and wherever they are needed.”

CSA will support records management systems that enable critical functions such as selection boards, career progression, retention and casualty management. These systems process millions of record transactions each year and are central to Navy personnel operations worldwide.

“Our focus is on solutions and outcomes: keeping systems operational, protecting data, and supporting
users without disruption,” said Manny Rivera, vice president of Navy programs at CSA. “Leveraging our
digital and enterprise solutions and eyes-on experience with Navy personnel operations, we’re helping
our customer deliver dependable HR services at scale.”

The Navy’s human resources organization includes about 4,500 military and civilian personnel responsible for managing manpower, personnel resources and quality-of-life programs across the force. CSA’s support will help ensure these teams have secure tools to execute their mission efficiently and effectively.
