    Maggie Pollard, Accenture Federal Services

    Maggie Pollard

Managing Director & Department of the Air Force Client Account Lead, Accenture Federal Services

Maggie Pollard recently led efforts to stand up a data science capability for the U.S. Space Force and delivered analytics that shaped decision-making for launch operations. Her team secured a contract with the Space Force, marking an important step in helping advance digital transformation for national security.

“Our role with the federal government is to be their trusted integrator, connecting data, technology and mission priorities,” said Kevin Heald, senior managing director and Defense and Intelligence portfolio lead at Accenture Federal Services. “Maggie and her team are a standout example, turning disparate space operations data into actionable intelligence that strengthens readiness.”

    Why Watch

In 2026, Pollard’s team is focused on delivering data models and advanced visualizations to optimize launch readiness and capital investment decisions for the Space Force. The team’s building applications using Databricks, Palantir Foundry and Tableau to ensure manpower readiness and prioritize investment strategies.

“Our mission is to enable senior leaders to make faster, data-driven decisions that strengthen assured access to space,” Pollard said.

Accenture Federal Services is aligning with the administration’s priorities by leaning into the Department of the Air Force’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive transition and the government’s focus on commercial solutions, opening pathways to identify commercial solutions while compressing procurement timelines. Accenture Federal Services is focused on defense priorities such as white and gray space, decentralized contracting and government as integrator to sustain affordability while scaling results.

“Serving the U.S. Space Force means delivering what matters: clarity, speed and confidence so that Guardians can focus on the mission,” Pollard said.

Fun fact: Pollard is a competitive runner and is training for a half marathon this spring.
