HumanTouch has named Kelly Bent president, tasking her with driving strategy, expanding service offerings and strengthening client partnerships as the company continues delivering mission-focused solutions across the federal government.
Bent most recently served as senior vice president at HumanTouch, a role she held for nearly four years. The company said her appointment reflects a continued investment in leadership with firsthand understanding of the federal mission and a track record of delivering practical, high-impact solutions in real government environments.
During her tenure, Bent has played a central role in the company’s growth and evolution. Most notably, she created and launched a new line of business focused on improving efficiency, transparency and value for federal agencies. The effort helped government leaders strengthen governance, improve decision-making and maximize taxpayer return.
“Having served as President and CEO of HumanTouch since its founding nearly 30 years ago, I believe this is the right moment for Kelly to step into the role of President,” said Moe Jafari, founder and CEO of HumanTouch. “Her leadership consistently reflects what matters most: putting our clients first and delivering the level of accountability and partnership she once expected as a government executive. I have full confidence in her ability to lead our organization forward.”
Bent is known for her ability to connect strategy with execution and measurable mission outcomes. Her leadership philosophy centers on accountability, stewardship and impact, closely aligning with HumanTouch’s focus on integrity and excellence in service to federal clients.
“I am honored to step into the role of President at HumanTouch,” Bent said. “HumanTouch delivers advanced, technology-enabled solutions that set us apart from many small businesses that are still focused primarily on staff augmentation. We bring agencies the solutions they need at a time of reduced workforce capacity, with an increased focus on efficiency and mission-critical outcomes.”
Bent also pointed to the company’s strong leadership team, respected board of advisors and clear strategy centered on deepening partnerships with government customers. She said she looks forward to building on that foundation by delivering technology-enabled solutions that help federal teams operate more efficiently, make better-informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes for the public they serve.
